Board of Directors

The Northwest Georgia Physicians Association is governed by a Board of Directors. The seven-member Board is made up of a president, secretary, treasurer and four directors who are elected for two-year terms. The Board is elected by the general membership of the Association at its annual meeting, and the Association’s By-laws require that the majority of the Board’s members be primary care physicians. All Board members serve on a voluntary and non-compensated basis.
